Accomodation

Krakow, one of Poland’s oldest and most vibrant cities, blends centuries of academic tradition with modern infrastructure and warm hospitality—making it an ideal setting for hosting international conferences. As a former royal capital and home to Poland’s oldest university, Krakow welcomes students and scholars from around the world. Its historical charm, vibrant student life, and well-developed public transport make it an ideal place for hosting multi-day events.

For the duration of the conference, participants will be accommodated in Hotel Convictus Cracovia, a modern facility designed with organized groups in mind. With space for up to 450 guests in comfortable, well-equipped rooms (1–4 persons per room), on-site breakfasts, and parking lot for buses. Convictus is located just a few steps from the Jagiellonian University Faculty of Physics and a few tram stops from Krakow main square and a short walk from the Zakrzówek recreational area, it combines convenience with a calm setting.

Using Krakow extensive and reliable public transportation system, participants will be very close to the conference location and will be able to travel easily between their accommodations and various social and cultural venues.
