The scientific program will consist of traditional student lectures, poster sessions, workshops, and talks from invited guest speakers.
Conference Sessions
The conference will feature both oral and poster sessions to accommodate a wide range of presentation styles and research topics. Oral presentations will be organized into thematic sessions, each allowing speakers to present their work clearly and succinctly. Every oral presenter will be allocated a 12-minute time slot for their talk, followed by a 3-minute discussion period. This format ensures that presentations remain focused and engaging, while also providing sufficient time for audience questions and scholarly interaction.
Parallel to the oral sessions, poster sessions will take place in dedicated spaces where authors can showcase their research visually. These poster sessions offer a more informal environment for discussion, allowing attendees to engage one-on-one with presenters, explore diverse topics, and foster collaborations. The combination of oral and poster formats is intended to maximize participation and facilitate meaningful scientific exchange. Participants are encouraged to attend both types of sessions to benefit from the comprehensive overview of the latest research developments and to interact actively with peers and experts across various fields.
Workshops
Workshops will be part of the conference scientific programme to give participants practical knowledge. Workshops will cover a diverse range of topics designed to be both intellectually stimulating and practically useful for young physicists. Each session will be led by experienced researchers, educators, or professionals from industry and academia, offering active participation, demonstrations and discussions.
Special guests
In addition to conference sessions and workshops, the conference will host a series of plenary talks by guest speakers, who will tell us more about their research. These talks are designed to inspire and inform.
